Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) If disciplinary action against a person is quashed (however described) on appeal or review, any reference to the disciplinary action must be removed from the register of disciplinary action.
(2) If disciplinary action against a person is quashed (however described) on appeal or review after the action was publicised by the relevant council under section 449, the result of the appeal or review must be publicised with equal prominence by the council.
