LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 587

    (1)     If a council has functions under this Act in relation to a matter, it may approve forms for use in relation to the matter.

    (2)     If a council approves a form under this section for a particular purpose, the approved form must be used for that purpose.
