Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The relevant council has and may exercise powers under part 4.4 (Investigation of complaints) and chapter 6 (Investigations), in relation to a matter under this division, as if the matter were the subject of a complaint under chapter 4.
(2) Accordingly, the provisions of part 4.4 and chapter 6 apply in relation to a matter under this division with any necessary changes.
(3) This division does not prevent a complaint from being made under chapter 4 about a matter to which this division relates.
