Despite the repeal of sections 126 and 127 of this Act made by the Land Titles (Amendment) Act 1995

, section 126 (2) (so far as it requires the sanction of the court or the judge for any dealings) and section 127 continue to apply to a registered title that on 19 June 1996 had the words ‘no survivorship' endorsed on it.
