Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current ActsThe duplicate grants and certificates of title and other documents or the certified copies thereof, as the case may be, handed over or delivered to the Commonwealth under section 39, shall be deemed for all purposes thereafter to be duplicate grants and certificates of title and other documents duly registered and authenticated by the registrar-general or lodged with the registrar-general under this Act.
