LAND TITLES ACT 1925 - SECT 69C

Record of administrative interests

    (1)     This section applies if the registrar-general keeps a record of administrative interests on the register.

    (2)     The registrar-general may include, in the record, the following information about an administrative interest that is a decision:

        (a)     the date of the decision;

        (b)     the particulars of the decision;

        (c)     the law under which the decision was made.

    (3)     The registrar-general may include in the record any relevant information about an administrative interest mentioned in section 69A (c) that the registrar-general considers necessary to describe the interest.

    (4)     If the registrar-general includes in the record information about an administrative interest mentioned in section 69A (c), the registrar-general must notify the Minister responsible for the Dangerous Substances Act 2004

about the inclusion .

    (5)     The registrar-general may include, in the record, the following information about a parcel of land to which an administrative interest relates:

        (a)     if the parcel is leased—the name of the lessee;

        (b)     the block and section;

        (c)     the address of the parcel;

        (d)     any other information the registrar-general considers necessary in relation to the parcel.

    (6)     However, if the registrar-general includes information mentioned in subsection (5) in relation to the parcel of land, the information must not include information other than information already available on the register in relation to the parcel.
