Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A health direction to refuse, or for the withdrawal of, medical treatment may be revoked by the person who gave the direction clearly expressing to a health professional or someone else a decision to revoke the direction.
(2) For
subsection (1), a person may clearly express or indicate a decision in
writing, orally or in any other way.
