Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies to a proceeding under this Act in relation to a child if a party to the proceeding who is claimed to be a parent of the child claims that someone else is, or may be, a parent of the child.
(2) The other person must be joined as a party to the proceeding.
