PUBLIC UNLEASED LAND ACT 2013 - SECT 30

Definitions—div 2.6

In this division:

"leased land"—see the Urban Forest Act 2023

, dictionary.

"registered tree"—see the Urban Forest Act 2023

, section 10.

"tree damaging activity approval" means an approval under the Urban Forest Act 2023

—

        (a)     section 28 (Approval application—decision); or

        (b)     section 32 (Approval in urgent circumstances or for minor works).
