PUBLIC UNLEASED LAND ACT 2013 - SECT 87

Correction and keeping up-to-date register

    (1)     The director-general may correct a mistake, error or omission in the permit register.

    (2)     The director-general may change a detail included in the register to keep the register up-to-date.
