What are the rules of an owners corporation?

The rules of an owners corporation are the default rules as modified by the alternative rules, if any, registered under the Land Titles (Unit Titles) Act 1970

, section 27 or section 27A.

Note     The owners corporation may make alternative rules under s 108.
