UNIT TITLES (MANAGEMENT) ACT 2011 - SECT 40

    (1)     The executive committee must elect—

        (a)     a chairperson; and

        (b)     a secretary; and

        (c)     a treasurer.

    (2)     The committee may elect a person to 2 or more positions.
