UNIT TITLES (MANAGEMENT) ACT 2011 - SECT 44

    (1)     An executive committee may delegate its functions to—

        (a)     a sub-committee; or

        (b)     1 or more executive members.

Note     A function that has been delegated by the executive committee may, despite the delegation, be exercised by the committee (see Legislation Act

, s 240). For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions generally, see the Legislation Act

, pt 19.4.

    (2)     An owners corporation may, by ordinary resolution, impose conditions or restrictions on its executive committee's powers of delegation.
