A manager must comply with the code of conduct set out in schedule 1, part 1.2.

Note     Other laws may also apply to a manager—for example, a manager who is required to be licensed as a real estate agent under the Agents Act 2003

must comply with the rules of conduct for real estate agents under the Agents Regulation 2003
