Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The owners corporation may, in writing given to the manager, delegate to the manager any of its functions under this Act or another territory law.
(2) The executive committee may, in writing given to the manager, delegate to the manager any of its functions under this Act or another territory law.
Note A function that has been delegated by the owners corporation or executive committee (a delegator ) may, despite the delegation, be exercised by the delegator (see Legislation Act
