UNIT TITLES (MANAGEMENT) ACT 2011 - SECT 77

General fund—what can fund be used for?

An owners corporation for a units plan may only make payments from a general fund if the payments are—

        (a)     approved in the general fund budget; or

        (b)     authorised by ordinary resolution.
