UNIT TITLES (MANAGEMENT) ACT 2011 - SECT 91

A sinking fund contribution is payable by a unit owner—

        (a)     if paid in full—on the date stated in the notice; or

        (b)     if payable by instalments—on the dates stated in the notice.
