WILLS ACT 1968 - SECT 27
How a devise without words of limitation is construed
If real property is devised to a person without words of limitation, the
devise shall, unless a contrary intention appears in the will, be construed as
passing the fee simple or other the whole estate or interest in the real
property that the testator has power to dispose of by will.
