WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 13

This subdivision sets out the principles that apply to all duties that persons have under this Act.

Note 1     The principles will apply to duties under this part and other parts of this Act such as duties relating to incident notification and consultation.

Note 2     A reference to an Act includes a reference to statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including a regulation and any law or instrument applied, adopted or incorporated by the Act (see Legislation Act

, s 104).
