WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 154

The regulator may delegate the regulator's powers and functions under this Act, or another Territory law, to another person.

Note     A delegation must be in writing. The power to delegate may not be delegated. A delegation may be conditional. A delegation may be amended or revoked. The delegator may exercise a power or function that has been delegated, despite the delegation (see Legislation Act

, pt 19.4).
