Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if a provisional improvement notice has been issued to a person and an inspector has not been required under section 101 (Regulator to appoint inspector to review notice) to attend at the workplace.
(2) The person must comply with the provisional improvement notice within the time specified in the notice.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in the case of an individual—$50 000; or
(b) in the case of a body corporate—$250 000.
