Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) An amount (including an amount of damages) recovered, awarded or agreed to be paid in a proceeding in relation to the claim for relief of a person with a legal disability must be paid into court.
(2) The amount may be paid out of court only under an order of the court.
Note Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.
(3) In this rule:
"order of the court" does not include a consent order.
