ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATION 2005 - REG 31

For the Act, for measuring emission of noise—

        (a)     the noise level measured must be L _10,T ; and

        (b)     all measurements must be taken in accordance with the procedures set out in the noise measurement manual.
