WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 527

Asbestos removal licence register

The regulator must keep a register of—

        (a)     each person holding an asbestos removal licence; and

        (b)     each supervisor named to the regulator in relation to an asbestos removal licence.
