Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) The regulator may impose any conditions it considers appropriate on a high risk work licence.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulator may impose conditions in relation to 1 or more of the following:
(a) control measures that must be implemented in relation to the carrying out of work or activities under the licence;
(b) the circumstances in which work or activities authorised by the licence may be carried out.
(2A) A licence under this division includes a condition that, if the licensee is issued with an infringement notice under the title="SL2011-38">Magistrates Court (Work Health and Safety Infringement Notices) Regulation 2011
, information about the infringement notice be included in a public register in accordance with section 698A.
(3) The regulator must give the licence-holder written notice of any conditions imposed by the licence.
