An Ordinance to amend the Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Court of Petty Sessions (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1984.¹

Interpretation

2. Section 116A of the Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930² is amended by omitting from the definition of “prescribed offence” in sub-section (1) “$200” and substituting “$500”.
