CRIMES (SURVEILLANCE DEVICES) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2022 (NO 1) (NO 1 OF 2022) - REG 4

        (f)     the Surveillance Devices Act 2016

(SA), except to the extent that it provides for a surveillance device (emergency) authority to be granted in relation to a serious drug offence.
