ELECTORAL REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 34 OF 1997)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      (1) These Regulations, other than paragraph 4 (b), commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.  
   2.      In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Electoral Regulations.  
   3.      Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting the following definitions:“ ‘City of Canberra Arms' has the same meaning as in the City of Canberra Arms Act 1932; ‘government agency' has the same meaning as in subsection 3 (1) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994.”.  
   4.      Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended—
