TAXI AND PRIVATE HIRE CAR REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 7 OF 1990)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations.  
   2.      Regulation 24 of the Principal Regulations is amended—  
   3.      Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
