WORKERS COMPENSATION AMENDMENT REGULATION 2022 (NO 1) (NO 4 OF 2022) - REG 14

Section 95B (1) (a) and (b)

substitute

        (a)     a licensed insurer; or

        (b)     a licensed self-insurer.

Note     A fee may be determined under the Act
