WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY AMENDMENT REGULATION 2022 (NO 1) (NO 12 OF 2022) - REG 2

    (1)     This regulation (other than sections 10 and 11 and schedule 1) commences on the 14th day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Sections 10 and 11 commence on 1 July 2022.

    (3)     Schedule 1 commences on 1 July 2023.
