AGED CARE ACT 1997 - SECT 17.5

    The Secretary must, at least 14 days before the proposed variation day:

  (a)   approve the variation; or

  (b)   reject the application;

and, within that period, notify the applicant accordingly.

Note:   Rejections of applications are reviewable under Part   6.1.
