Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA classification of a care recipient under this Part (other than a classification in relation to care provided as * respite care) is taken to have had effect from the day on which the approved provider began providing care to the care recipient, if the appraisal by that approved provider is received by the Secretary:
(a) within the period specified in the Classification Principles; or
(b) if no such period is so specified--within 2 months after the
day on which provision of the care to the care recipient began.
