Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe reductions in subsidy for the care recipient under step 3 of the Commonwealth contribution amount calculator are such of the following reductions as apply to the care recipient in respect of the * payment period:
(a) the compensation payment reduction (see sections 48 - 5 and 48 - 6);
(b) the care subsidy reduction (see sections 48 - 7 and 48 - 8).
