Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The responsibility of an approved provider in relation to a circumstance specified in a notice given to the provider under subsection 63E(1) of the * Quality and Safety Commission Act is to comply with subsection (2) of this section.
(2) The approved provider must do all things reasonably
practicable to ensure that there is no change to the circumstance without
complying with the steps specified in the notice.
