Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary must notify, in writing, each applicant to whom a * residential care grant has not been allocated. The notice must be given within 14 days after the Secretary's decision under section 72 - 1 is made.
(2) The notice must set out the reasons for the applicant not being allocated a grant.
