Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In performing its functions under this Act, the ACC shall, so far as is practicable, work in co - operation with law enforcement agencies.
(2) In performing its functions under this Act, the ACC may co -
ordinate its activities with the activities of authorities and persons in
other countries performing functions similar to functions of the ACC.
