Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by written notice, request a person applying under a provision of this Act to give the Minister further information in relation to the application, within the period specified in the notice.
(2) A period specified under subsection ( 1) must be reasonable, and at least 28 days.
(3) The Minister may refuse to consider the application until the information is provided.
(4) The application is taken to be withdrawn if the information
is not provided within the specified period.
