AUSTRALIAN EDUCATION ACT 2013 - SECT 35A

    Unless the regulations prescribe otherwise, the Commonwealth share for a school for a year (subject to sections   35B and 35C ) is:

  (a)   for a government school--20%; and

  (b)   for a non - government school--80%.
