AUSTRALIAN EDUCATION ACT 2013 - SECT 86

    A block grant authority is approved only for:

  (a)   schools specified in the approval; or

  (b)   if the approval instead specifies an approved authority (see subsection   82(2))--the schools for which the approved authority is, from time to time, approved.
