Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person who the Minister has, under section 89, invited to apply to be approved as a non - government representative body for a non - government school may apply to the Minister to be so approved.

(2) The application must specify each non - government school
for which the application is made. However, a school may be specified by
referring to the approved authority for the school.
