Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The * Registrar must reinstate * your registration, or the registration of your representative, in the * Australian Business Register if the Registrar is satisfied that the registration should not have been cancelled.
(2) The * Registrar must give * you written notice of the reinstatement.
Note: Section 12 deals with giving notice to an entity registered under section 11.
(3) The reinstatement has effect on and from the day on which
the registration was cancelled.
