Civil evidence and procedure rules for declarations of contravention, pecuniary penalty orders and relinquishment orders
A Court must apply the rules of evidence and procedure for civil
matters when hearing proceedings for a declaration of contravention, a
pecuniary penalty order or a relinquishment order.
