Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member of a Financial Services and Credit Panel is to be appointed by ASIC by written instrument.
(2) If a determination is in force under subsection 141(1), a person must not be appointed as a member of a Financial Services and Credit Panel unless the person is specified in the determination.
(3) However, subsection (2) does not apply in relation to
the appointment of the Chair of a Financial Services and Credit Panel.
