Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member has, in the performance or exercise of any of his or her functions and powers as a member in relation to Takeovers Panel proceedings, the same protection and immunity as a Justice of the High Court.
(3) Subject to this Act, a person who is required by a summons
under section 192 to appear in Takeovers Panel proceedings, or a
witness in Takeovers Panel proceedings, has the same protection as a witness
in a proceeding in the High Court.
