Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies where the Takeovers Panel, as constituted for the purposes of particular Takeovers Panel proceedings, is satisfied that a person has, without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with a requirement made under section 192 in, or in relation to, those proceedings.
(2) The Takeovers Panel as so constituted may by writing certify the failure to the Court.
(3) If the Takeovers Panel does so, the Court may inquire into
the case and may order the person to comply with the requirement as specified
in the order.
