Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Disciplinary Board must, as soon as practicable after 30 June, and in any event before 31 October, in each year:
(a) prepare a report describing the operations of the Disciplinary Board during the year that ended on 30 June in that year; and
(b) give to the Minister a copy of the report.
(2) Where a copy of a report is given to the Minister under
subsection (1), he or she must cause a copy of the report to be laid
before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after
he or she receives the first - mentioned copy.
