Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), section 235BA, as in force immediately before commencement, continues (despite its repeal) to apply so as to require a report for the period beginning on 1 July 2011 and ending on commencement, as if that period were a year ending on 30 June.
(2) The report referred to in subsection (1) must be
included in the report, for the year ending on that 30 June, given to
the Minister under section 235B.
