AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 316
Application--power to obtain information, documents and evidence in relation to unfair contract terms
The amendment made by item 1 of Schedule 7 to the
Treasury Laws Amendment (Australian Consumer Law Review) Act 2018 applies in
relation to contracts entered into on or after the day that Schedule
commences.
