AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 60
ASIC to take account of evidence and submissions
ASIC must take into account:
(a) evidence given, or a submission made, to it at a hearing; or
(b) a submission lodged with it under section 57;
in making a decision on a matter to which the evidence or submission relates.
